Swiss Cottage is a country house project developed by SOZDAN DESIGN in collaboration with Swiss Construction. The home was designed as a laminated timber residence, combining the warmth of natural wood with the precision and clarity required for prefabricated construction.

   One of the most unique aspects of this project is its international journey: the house was manufactured in Russia and then shipped to Switzerland, where it was assembled on site. This required careful coordination between architectural design, production, logistics, and construction technology.

   The result is a refined timber cottage that brings together craftsmanship, structural logic, and the timeless comfort of a wooden country home.
