"SOZDAN DESIGN” - began its journey in 2014 as Architectural Bureau «Создание». In 2022, we relocated to Seattle and rebranded to reflect our evolving vision. The bureau is led by Tatiana and Egor Selivanov, a couple who started their professional careers in 2005.
 

Our team consists of talented designers across various specializations. While we have experience in a diverse range of projects—from business centers to science labs—we now focus on designing single-family homes and small public buildings. Over the years, we have successfully developed more than 60 projects across 6 countries.

We offer a comprehensive range of design services, from assisting with site selection to final room decoration. Our mission is to explore new horizons in global architecture and design while remaining dedicated to creating functional and comfortable spaces.
