SOZDAN DESIGN is a family-led architecture design studio based in Kirkland, Washington, founded by Egor and Tatiana Selivanov.

   
   Our story began in 2014 as Architectural Bureau “Sozdanie” in Saint Petersburg. In 2022, after relocating to Washington State, we rebranded as SOZDAN DESIGN to reflect our evolving vision, international experience, and a new professional chapter in the Pacific Northwest.

   
   Egor and Tatiana began their professional careers in architecture in 2005. Together, we bring over 20 years of experience, four architecture and construction-related degrees, and a strong background in residential architecture, interiors, 3D modeling, construction documentation, and project coordination.

   
   Both of us have strong backgrounds in architecture and BIM modeling. Egor’s strengths lie in residential planning, structural thinking, and the technical side of turning a concept into a buildable project. Tatiana brings a refined eye for interiors, materials, atmosphere, and visual presentation. Together, we approach every project as both a creative and technical process, balancing design, functionality, constructability, and attention to detail.

   Before restarting our studio in Washington State, we worked on a wide range of projects across several countries, including private homes, remodels, interiors, hospitality, commercial spaces, and small resort projects. Since relocating to the United States, we have also gained valuable local experience through work with respected residential design and architecture companies in the Seattle area.

   
Today, SOZDAN DESIGN focuses on custom homes, remodels, additions, cabins, interiors, and residential design support. We work as a small principal-led studio and collaborate with trusted consultants, engineers, builders, and independent specialists when a project requires additional expertise.

   We are professionals deeply committed to architecture and design. Our goal is to create homes that are beautiful, functional, comfortable, technically thoughtful, and carefully connected to the way our clients live.
