PRIVAT GYM AND POOL

This private sports and pool house was designed for a returning client, for whom SOZDAN DESIGN had completed a custom residence two years earlier. After the main house was built, the client came back to us with a new request: to create a separate wellness building with a gym and swimming pool next to the existing home.  The project was conceived as a natural continuation of the residential estate, carefully integrated into the site and connected visually to the main house. Our goal was to design a space that would feel private, comfortable, and architecturally consistent with the overall property.  For us, this project is also a meaningful example of long-term client trust. Returning to the same site allowed us to continue developing the estate as a complete environment for living, wellness, and relaxation.
