This single-story family residence was designed by SOZDAN DESIGN in the Moscow suburbs, where a large private lot allowed us to create a comfortable one-level home with a strong connection to the landscape.

   The house is organized around open views from the main living spaces, allowing the surrounding property to become part of everyday life. The layout includes four bedrooms, a dedicated home office, and a playroom, creating a practical and flexible environment for a modern family.

   The design focuses on comfort, clarity, and efficient planning. All key spaces are located on one level, making the home easy to live in while preserving privacy between family, work, and recreation areas. The result is a calm and functional residence shaped by light, views, and a generous outdoor setting.
