This project involved the phased facade renovation of an existing retail building. The goal was to update the exterior while respecting the established character of the surrounding street and avoiding disruption to the overall development concept.

   SOZDAN DESIGN developed a restrained and context-sensitive design approach, using a color palette that matched the existing tones of the building and its surroundings. Natural materials were selected to bring warmth, durability, and a more refined architectural presence to the facade.

   Terracotta tile became the main accent material, creating a visual connection with the nearby brick buildings while giving the renovated facade a clean and contemporary identity. The result is a thoughtful retail exterior update that feels fresh, durable, and well integrated into its urban context.
