We worked on this residence early in our architectural practice, and more than 15 years later it remains one of the projects we remember especially well.  
   The four-story home was designed around its exceptional setting on the Neva River. Large panoramic windows open the main living spaces to the water, while generous terraces extend the interior outdoors and make the river view part of everyday life.  
   The structure is built around a reinforced concrete frame and finished with natural materials, giving the house a strong architectural presence and connected to the landscape. The project reflects an approach that continues to shape our work today: clear planning, honest materials, and a close relationship between the home and its surroundings.
