Bridge House

Minimalist residential concept developed for a challenging sloped site, where the terrain became one of the main drivers of the architectural solution.

The house is organized in an unconventional way: all primary living spaces are located on the main-entry level, while the lower floor is partially embedded into the slope. This level accommodates the garage, a private spa area with direct access to the backyard, and a covered outdoor patio.

One of the key architectural elements is the living room, which extends above the patio and appears to float over the landscape. This creates a strong visual connection between the house and the site while also providing a naturally protected outdoor space below.

The project combines a restrained minimalist language with a clear functional strategy, using the site's topography to create privacy, layered outdoor spaces, and a more dynamic relationship between architecture and landscape.
