This single-story home is located near the Pacific Coast and was designed to embrace beautiful forest views from all main living spaces. SOZDAN DESIGN created a contemporary residence with a clean minimalist exterior, while keeping the interior warm, comfortable, and inviting.

   The house includes three bedrooms, including a private master suite, and a carefully organized layout for relaxed everyday living. Large openings connect the interiors with the surrounding nature, bringing light, greenery, and a calm coastal atmosphere into the home.

   Across from the house, a separate patio with a barbecue area creates an additional outdoor space for gathering, dining, and enjoying the landscape.
