This 16-story mixed-use commercial building in Saint Petersburg was our first large-scale vertical project and an important milestone in the development of SOZDAN DESIGN. With a total area of 48,000 m², the building includes a fitness center, retail spaces, offices, and underground parking.

   The design process began with more futuristic architectural concepts, exploring expressive forms and a bold urban presence. Through close collaboration with the client, the project gradually evolved toward a more restrained and concise architectural language — clear, functional, and appropriate for its commercial program.

   The building reflects our experience in working with complex mixed-use planning, large floor areas, and the balance between strong architectural identity and practical development goals.
