This custom residence is designed around a distinctive diamond-shaped plan, giving the home a strong architectural identity while maintaining clean, restrained lines and a clear functional structure. The project combines a concise modern form with several unique planning ideas, including an underground garage and workshop integrated into the site.

  SOZDAN DESIGN approached the house as a balance between expressive geometry and practical everyday living. The result is a refined contemporary home with a memorable shape, thoughtful organization, and a calm architectural presence suitable for a rural or wooded setting in Washington State.
