Butterfly Residence is a unique modern home designed and built as our own residence. The concept is based on two trapezoidal volumes, with the upper volume appearing to float above the lower one. This composition creates a distinctive architectural identity while efficiently organizing the site.

   The main living, dining, and kitchen areas are located in the single-story volume, featuring high ceilings and panoramic glazing. The cantilevered upper volume creates a covered entrance terrace and carport. The building's geometry helps define functional outdoor zones, including parking, utilities, garden areas, and an open lawn.

   The house is carefully positioned to maximize natural light throughout the day and provide privacy from neighboring properties. Service spaces are oriented to the north and east, while living areas open toward the best views and sunlight.

   The architecture reflects a modernist approach through clean geometric forms, minimal detailing, and the absence of decorative elements. Wood cladding in varying sizes, directions, and tones adds warmth and visual depth to the exterior.

   Despite its compact footprint, the house includes generous living spaces, a spa area with sauna, multiple bedrooms, a home office, walk-in closets, and functional utility spaces. Every design decision was made to balance efficiency, comfort and architectural expression.
