Reconstruction Project of a Public School

   This project is part of Egor’s selected professional experience prior to SOZDAN DESIGN. As a senior architect, Egor led the architectural concept and coordinated the main design solutions with the city for the reconstruction of Public School No. 414 in Saint Petersburg.

   The project involved the renovation of a historic school building and the addition of missing educational, athletic, and support spaces. The existing outdated gymnasium was replaced with a new two-story building that included a 30 × 18 m gym, a 25 × 11 m swimming pool, library, cafeteria, medical office, senior school facilities, and administrative areas.

   Although the final approved façade differed from the original architectural concept, the school was completed in line with the main planning and functional vision.
