Two Minimalist Brothers | SOZDAN DESIGN

Two minimalist Brothers

These two commercial retail buildings, measuring 1,200 m² and 1,500 m², were designed as a unified architectural pair with a clear minimalist identity. Although they share a common visual language, the buildings are fundamentally different in their structural systems and internal layouts.

One of the most interesting aspects of the project was the careful integration of building systems into the architecture. Electrical, heating, and other technical components were hidden within the structural elements, allowing the interiors and façades to remain clean, quiet, and visually precise.

Special attention was also given to the exterior drainage system. Although located on the outside of the buildings, it was designed so elegantly and discreetly that it is barely noticeable. The result is a pair of refined commercial buildings where minimalism is supported not only by form, but also by thoughtful technical execution.
