After completing the main residence, the client asked SOZDAN DESIGN to create a separate building on the same property — a quiet place for work, meetings, and relaxation. The new structure was designed as a compact private retreat, combining an open office that flows naturally into a living area with a separate steam room for wellness and rest.

  The project extends the life of the residence beyond the main house, creating a flexible space for focused work, informal gatherings, and everyday retreat. Simple planning, warm atmosphere, and a close connection to the site make this small building both practical and deeply personal.
