The project involved the reconstruction of the facade of one of the key buildings in Kingisepp. The objective was to carry out the reconstruction in several stages without disrupting the existing development concept along Bolshaya Sovetskaya Street. The color scheme was chosen to match the existing building's tones. Natural materials were used for the new facade, with terracotta tiles serving as a focal point, harmonizing with the surrounding brick structures.
