We are SOZDAN DESIGN, a family-led boutique residential design studio based in Kirkland, WA, serving the Seattle area, WA, OR, ID.

   Architecture has been part of our lives for many years — not just as a profession, but as something we truly love. We design custom homes, remodels, additions (ADU, DADU), cabins, interiors, construction documents, permit packages, and 3D visualizations.

   For us, every project is a balance of creativity, technical precision, and real-life practicality. We bring a European design sensibility, strong BIM-based workflow, hands-on residential experience in Washington, and a very personal approach to each home we design.
